  Patient with worn out teeth top and bottom Collapsed bite due to car accident. Patient is not ready for full oral rehabilitation yet . Given him a Snap on Smile to restore the bite and to bring back the smile.

  Patient presented a tooth broken to the gum line, not restorable anymore due to lost tooth structure. Extracted upper right front tooth/#7 and placed implant and crown.

  Closing Gap Teeth. Patient presents gaps between upper front teeth. Dr Ramos’ mother and daughter helped the patient to achieve a better smile by Closing gaps with cosmetic techniques using white fillings.

  Tooth #8 or upper front anterior - broken in half tooth, not savable. Extracted upper right front tooth # 8, replaced with implant and screw retained crown. Bottom photo is post op on the day of delivery of the crown.

  Patient with discolored and chipped teeth , old crowns upper and lower arch. Full rehab with crowns and veneers.

  Patient with discolored teeth and cavities. Did crowns from cuspid to cuspid.

• 

  Patient broke #9 front tooth. Extracted and replaced with implant and crown. Patient is still continuing treatment to achieve better smile.
